DCMC Celebrates 2025 “Living Our Values” Award Winners

Door County Medical Center is proud to announce the recipients of the 2025 Living Our Values Awards, presented annually by the Mission & Values Team to employees who exemplify one of DCMC’s four core values: Service, Vision, Compassion, and Excellence.

The Mission & Values Team, comprised of representatives from various departments, a community member, and a clergy representative, ensures that DCMC’s Catholic identity is reflected throughout the organization. The team also manages the Ministry Fund, which has donated more than $1 million to support local individuals and families in times of crisis.

This year’s award winners were nominated by their peers for going above and beyond in living DCMC’s mission.
