When developing a treatment plan, Dr. Young begins with collaboration and education. "We discuss the natural history of the problem as well as evidence-based treatment options. We typically start with less invasive treatments, but ultimately, the patient chooses their preference for treatment after discussing the options."
Dr. Young is from Kansas City, KS, and graduated from the Medical College of Wisconsin. He completed his residency at John Peter Smith Health Network in Fort Worth, TX. Dr. Young has over 20 years of experience in orthopedic surgery and comes to Sturgeon Bay after spending many years in the Fox Valley. In his free time, he enjoys biking, hiking, golfing, and playing chess.
